Over the course of 90 days, through a series of private, weekly coaching sessions via telephone, I guide you through the process of defining a career direction that matches your top talents and professional interests and meets your personal needs.

Through written career exploration exercises and in-depth discussions, I help you identify your greatest skills and talents, career needs and preferences, and work style and values. I help you define what you want and don't want in order to experience true career fulfillment.

Once your career vision is in place, I show you how to implement your customized job search strategy. I also help you identify and overcome the career transition barriers that are holding you back from success.

I guide you through the entire process including: identifying what your good at, discovering your professional passions, defining your target position, resume and cover letter development, uncovering promising job leads, selling yourself in the interview and successful salary negotiation, etc. You will obtain the clarity, focus, direction and support to land your utlimate job.

Coaching sessions take place via telephone. You can receive coaching from where ever it's most convenient for you - at the office, home or while traveling. Skype sessions available for international clients.
